Women who wish to remain anonymous, or hate waiting rooms, or with busy lifestyles, unable to travel or take time off work / organise child care will find this service helpful.
The workshops are open to all groups.

The only specific exclusion criteria is people who currently have a physical addiction to alcohol and have not received a detoxification. This is because reducing your alcohol intake requires medical supervision if you have a physical dependence on alcohol.

In what disciplines?
Angela has huge experience working as a counsellor helping people with mental health and substance misuse difficulties. She has an honours degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a certificate in community drug addiction studies. As a co-founder of Dual Diagnosis Ireland (registered charity raising awareness of the need to treat substance abuse and mental health issues together) and her own counselling practise, Angela has been supporting clients for many years. Angela believes we need to make it as easy as possible for people to access services and treat people holistically rather than putting labels on them.
